Why is driving an actual car much easier than hyper-realistic sim racing?

When it comes to racing video games, typically, the more realistic the simulation is, the more difficult it is to play / master: arcade races being the easiest, and true simulations the hardest. But then there are actual, physical cars... and driving one, IMO is orders of magnitude EASIER than those highly realistic sim games. How so? Why, at the very top end of realism spectrum (when you are in actual reality), the difficulty of driving suddenly becomes so much easier? submitted by /u/hn-mc [link] [comments]
