So what's up with "World of Tanks"? Lots of negative reviews on steam from players who lost 1000's of hours of play and the company have basically closed down their steam forum.

If you read the latest reviews of the game, which showed up as recommended on my Steam page, the game creators have totally shafted the players. I haven't read too much on the subject, but it seems that the players have lost their accounts some how. So, what's up with that?
