It’s been 5 months since the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection was “temporarily” removed from most digital stores. Will they come back?

In November it was announced that Metal Gear Solid HD Collection would be temporarily removed from digital stores to figure out some licensing issues. It’s been complete radio silence since. There is no way for a new player to play any of the games other than 4(the end of the story, chronologically), and V(one of the more disconnected entries, in terms of story). There’s no way to play Metal Gear 2, and playing Metal Gear and Metal Gear Solid are an absolute pain, in that you need a working PS3 to play them.
